Carl and Sue Seale invited a group of retired military that were camping at Pelican Roost RV on Naval Station Mayport to a lunch at Coast Guard Station Mayport on 23 November 2021. The Commanding Officer, CWO4 (BOSN) John Holmes, hosted the group and gave us a guided tour of the station. The group represented Navy submarine and surface service, Army nurse and ground service, Air Force and Coast Guard. This group all travels in motorhomes and we get together every year in November. Everyone appreciated the lunch and tour and they did learn something about what the Coast Guard is doing today.
