Greetings Fellow Chief Warrant Officers We are in full swing of fall out here in Northern Virginia and the colors along Skyline Drive in the Shenandoah National Park have been a sight to see but it has also brought thousands of folks from the DC area out to witness this amazing show of colors. This means it takes twice as long to get somewhere with all the traffic. Not quite DC level traffic but traffic none the less. It also means I have commenced my annual rodeo of leaf rustling. If any of you are interested in learning this highly sought after skill hit me up and I will help you make the dream a reality. Okay onto business. By: Michael Joseph Little, Executive Director As we bid farewell to October, the Chief Warrant Officers Association is proud to salute the 21 new members who have joined our ranks.
First, thank you for taking the time to volunteer in this important effort as CWOA continues to work to strengthen our grassroots presence across the country. We thank all of you for being so interested in strengthening our Coast Guard and ensuring our Coasties and Veterans receive the help and assistance they need, especially in such tight fiscal times. We wanted to touch base and go over a few things about the program before we send our volunteers on their way. |
