Submit Changes to the By-Laws

ARTICLE VIII - CHANGES TO THE CONSTITUTION AND BYLAWS
Section 2. PROPOSALS BY BYLAWS COMMITTEE.

The Bylaws Committee, will review the Constitution and Bylaws periodically, will consider changes proposed by individual members of the Association, and will make recommendations to the Executive Committee on all proposed changes affirmatively decided upon by the committee.

Proposed By-Laws Change

This form is to be completed in accordance with CWOA's Bylaws, specifically Bylaws Art. 3 Section 2 and the process contained in the CWOA Policy on changing governing documents.

Please give as much details as possible about what the current By-Laws state, and what it is you think it should be corrected to.

If this is a New Proposal then under the section where it ask what is it the current rule, just simply state:

"This is a new addition to the By-laws and does not change a current section"

Please identify the article, policy, section, and paragraph as it reads in the current By-laws. *

Please indicate what wording your proposed should be revised, deleted, renumbered, or change in some way. *

Please provide rational as to why this change, if approved, would improve the association. *
