The camaraderie among the participants fueled a sense of excitement and enthusiasm throughout the program. As the CWOs return to their respective units, they carry with them a wealth of knowledge and insights gained from the course. This newfound expertise will be added to their leadership toolbox, enabling them to contribute significantly to their wardrooms. Additionally, the course fostered the development of a robust network of 20 determined and driven CWOs who will offer support and guidance to one another in challenging situations. The dedication and commitment exhibited by Class 04-24 in their pursuit of growth as leaders, Chief Warrant Officers, and individuals will undoubtedly strengthen the Coast Guard's workforce for years to come.
