The legislation builds on the Puppies Assisting Wounded Servicemembers (PAWS) for Veterans Therapy Act that was introduced by Senator Tillis and signed into law.

This Act is a duplicate of the PAWS Act, which is being ignored by the Department of Veterans Affairs !!!
