Keeping Up with the Teams

In August this year, the Chief Warrant Officer Home Page was established on Microsoft Teams for our active and Reserve CWOs. This has brought communication to an accelerated level not readily transparent in the past. Our CWOs now have a central location for discussions with the Specialty Force Managers, Assignment Officers, CWO Professional Development Staff at LDC, and each other. Discussions are happening daily on the health of our workforce and creating new avenues for understanding the mysteries behind the decision making process at the top level of our service.
