A message from the Executive Director by Michael Little **Introducing Our New Membership Recruitment Tool!** by Michael Little Dear esteemed members of the Chief Warrant Officers Association (CWOA), I am excited to announce the launch of a new tool aimed at bolstering our membership recruitment efforts. As we work diligently on developing an official app for our association, we have introduced an interim solution that is both innovative and convenient. We understand the need for immediate access to association information, and with our new QR code system, members, as well as potential members, can now easily save a contact card directly to their phones. This contact card grants immediate access to essential features of our webpage and the key resources you might need. The beauty of this system is its adaptability. Even in locations with weak or no phone signal and no Wi-Fi connectivity, scanning the QR code allows users to create a contact card. This card then facilitates text messaging, emails, and provides fundamental information about chapters and national officers. To make this initiative even more interactive, we have ensured that our chapters can print out this flyer. This makes it an ideal tool for local meetings, recruitment drives, fundraising events, and more. In recognition of the tremendous efforts made by our members, we will be honoring individuals and chapters at our annual meeting. Awards will be presented to those who recruit the highest number of new members. Recruiting is a collective effort, and the responsibility lies with every member of the CWOA. Our chapters play a pivotal role in ensuring active engagement with members. CWOA takes pride in what we offer to both our active duty and retired members. However, our strength and influence are directly proportional to our numbers. Let's join hands, utilize this new tool, and grow our community stronger than ever. Thank you for your continued commitment to the CWOA. Together, we will achieve great heights.
