I am writing to share with you the minutes from our March 2023 Membership Meeting and the 2023 Annual Meeting / Executive Committee Meeting. You can find attached: March 2023 Membership Meeting Minutes 2023 Annual Meeting / Executive Committee Meeting Minutes Please note that the March 2023 Membership Meeting Minutes were initially scheduled to be discussed and approved during our September meeting. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, we were unable to address them during the Annual meeting as planned. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Given the circumstances, we will now be discussing and voting on the approval of both the March 2023 Membership Meeting Minutes and the 2023 Annual Meeting / Executive Committee Meeting Minutes during our upcoming December membership meeting. Additionally, I want to inform you that I am currently finalizing the minutes from our September meeting. I intend to have them completed and sent out to all members for review prior to the December meeting. I urge all members to review these minutes thoroughly in preparation for our December meeting. Your feedback and input are invaluable to the success and progression of our association. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Should you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out. Warm regards, Rodney Clark National Secretary ![]()

I see the Annual General Session and Fourth Quarter (Annual) Executive Committee Minutes are combined as one? We have had this discussions for several years, these are two seperate meetings and thus the minutes should be seperate.
