Hotel Reservations
These reservations are made in advance and you will be billed at the Registration Table when you arrive at the Annual meeting.
The CWOA will pay for each member of the Executive Committee to share a room with another Executive Committee Member.
If the Member of the Executive Committee wishes to have their own room, they will just be required to pay for half of the room. (Current rate is $232, you would be responsible for $116 a night.)
The CWOA is not responsible for distinguished members rooms, but we do encourage you to book your room through us, so we can help fill our room quota, in case some members cant make it. Distinguished Members are responsible for the $232 per night)
Members of the CWOA who wish to receive an unused room in our hotel block can register for a standby list at the rate of $232 per night.
