Tickets for Meeting and Dinner
All attendees are required to register for the event and choose a meal option for the dinner. While CWOA members are exempt from paying the attendance fee for the Annual Meeting, they must purchase a dinner ticket.

Hotel
* CWOA Members serving on the Executive Committee or as part of the Board of Directors will have rooms reserved on their behalf. Please inform us if you prefer to share a room or require a single room upon registration. Additionally, we will arrange accommodations for any Distinguished Member interested in attending the meeting. Ensure you indicate your accommodation preferences when registering, so we can make the necessary arrangements with the hotel. CWOA has reserved 45 rooms at the rate of $232 per night.

If you are not a member of the CWOA or a Distinguished Member making your reservations through the CWOA, then make sure you select the Military rate on the Hotel website to get the rate of $498.
* The CWOA will cover the cost for Executive Committee Members to share a room with another Executive Committee member, or we will pay for half of your room's rate. At present, each Chapter has a reservation for one private hotel room per Executive Committee representative.

PROXY APPOINTMENT
If you are unable to attend the event, please complete the proxy form below to ensure a representative from your Chapter can attend in your stead. If they are attending as your proxy, they will receive the same benefits and items paid for as you would. There should be no reason for a lack of representation from your chapter, but if for any reason your designated representative cannot attend, please inform both the Executive Director and the National President as soon as possible so we can arrange for someone else to represent your Chapter.

-Does the CWOA pay for our travel?
The CWOA pays for one representative for each Chapter to travel to the event. DO NOT USE A GOVERNMENT TRAVEL CARD. The CWOA will reimburse Executive Committee Members for your travel but it is not government travel. You will fill out a travel claim online and receive a check during the meeting. The CWOA reduces costs by doubling chapter reps up in rooms (so two people per room). You can have your own room if desired but you will have to pay half of the costs out of your own pocket. Do not reserve your own room, the executive director takes care of all of this for you when he receives your registration.

- We will pay for either per diem mileage to and from your local airport and your home, or for the uber/lyft/taxi to and from your local airport and your home.
- We will pay for airfare cost from your home airport to the meeting. We will not pay any upgrades, or for any seats above Coach. (no Wi-Fi, no extra bags, no early check in, etc.)
- We will pay for your uber/lyft/taxi to and from the Airport to the Hotel, and back when you leave.
-What is the dress code?
The meeting is more of a polo shirt/khaki type of event. Most of us wear a CWOA shirt along with dressier pants. Guest and Retirees typically wear business casual.
The installation dinner on Saturday evening will be Dinner Dress Blues for active duty/reservists and Black Tie (Formal Wear) expected for guest and retirees.
