- The CWOA Board of Directors has determined that the CWOA Annual Meeting will be reduced due to current traveling restraints placed on members of the US Coast Guard.

Hotel Accomodations
CWOA Members attending events during the Annual Meeting, please click below to arrange your hotel accommodations, or you can callin the reservations center at (800) 362-2779 and referencing the group code, CW1 (charlie-whisky-one).
PROXY APPOINTMENT
If you are unable to attend the event, please complete the proxy form below to ensure a representative from your Chapter can attend in your stead. There should be no reason for a lack of representation from your chapter. Proxies can only be assigned that are current members of your chapter.

-What is the dress code?
The meeting is more of a polo shirt/khaki type of event. Most of us wear a CWOA shirt along with dressier pants. Guest and Retirees typically wear business casual.
Attendance at Arlington is requested that you wear CWOA Polos or Business Casual.
The awards dinner on Saturday evening will be Dinner Dress Blues for active duty/reservists and Black Tie (Formal Wear) expected for guest and retirees.
