By any measure, the Association has been successful in its mission to support Coast Guard chief warrant officers.

For more than 66 years, the Association has combined professional advocacy with a strong spirit of fellowship. It has worked consistently to elevate the warrant officer corps and to foster personal, professional, and patriotic pride among its members.
Yet the true measure of the Association’s success does not rest solely with its National Council, its presidents, its chapters, or its affiliations with other military organizations.
