2026 CWOA Election Ballot

CWOA Election Ballots Now Open – Vote by May 28

To All Members of the Chief Warrant and Warrant Officers Association,
The election process for the Association’s leadership is now underway. Ballots are being distributed to the membership in accordance with our governing bylaws.

This is an important opportunity for every member to have a direct voice in the future direction of the Association. The strength of the CWOA depends on active participation, and voting is one of the most impactful ways you can contribute.

Ballot Deadline:

All completed ballots must be returned no later than May 28, 2026.

Members may submit their ballots by:
  • Mailing them to the address provided, or
  • Voting online through the Association website, based on your selected communication preference

As outlined in our bylaws, the election process is governed as follows:

"SECTION 3. NOMINATION AND ELECTION OF OFFICERS

A. Any member may volunteer for an office by submitting their name or the name of a member in good standing, to the President, through the association website, no later than 30 November of each calendar year. Nominees will have until 15 December to accept their nominations in order to be placed on the ballot.

B. Ballots containing the names of the nominees shall be delivered, according to the members selected preference for receiving communications from the Association, to the membership for vote at least 60 days prior to the convening of the annual meeting. (April 12, 2026)

C. Ballots cast by the Association membership must be returned to the Association Executive Director no later than 14 days prior to the Annual Meeting, either by mailing in the ballot to the address provided, or by casting their vote on the Association website." (May 28, 2026)

Your participation ensures that the leadership of the Association reflects the voice and priorities of the membership. I strongly encourage every member to review the candidates and cast their vote before the deadline.
