Election Process and Timeline
Per Article IV: Section 3. Nomination and Election of Officers of the CWOA bylaws:
- Any member in good standing may submit nominations through the Association website no later than 30 November each calendar year.
- Nominees must accept their nominations by 15 December to be placed on the ballot.
- Ballots will be delivered to members according to their selected communication preference at least 60 days before the Annual Meeting. (April 1, 2025)
- Members must return their ballots no later than 14 days prior to the Annual Meeting, either by mailing in their ballot to the designated address or by casting their vote on the Association website. (May 17, 2025)
